Allison and Kyle met while out on the town in St Pete one night. Allison was not one to bring home her boyfriends for mom and dad to meet so when she introduced Kyle to her parents her dad said he knew this must be the one. When you watch these two together you know it’s a perfect match. While Kyle grew up in New Jersey near the water, Allison grew up on the waters of St Pete. They love spending time together out on the water as much as they can. St Petersburg Women’s Club was the perfect venue on the water, not only because it was close to the house she grew up in, but also because her parents got married there many years ago! This was a first for us!
We started the day with some fun shots of the guys at Allison and Kyle’s place and then headed over to Allison’s parents house on the water. Because this house was once owned by her grandparents it holds even more meaning to Allison. A photo of her wedding dress hanging on the front door was something she knew she wanted. The ceremony was held at St Petersburg Women’s Club outside by the water. Former Mayor Bill Foster officiated as he is close family friend and there was a lot of laughter and tears by everyone. After the ceremony we were able to head over to a cute park on the open water to capture their first moments together as husband and wife….and laugh a lot along the way. Then they were blessed with the most amazing first sunset together as Mr and Mrs. Everyone headed inside to a gorgeous reception filled with greenery and birds of paradise under the market lights. We were even able to sneak away for a few moments and capture some pretty shots under the lights in the trees. The ended the night with a sparkler exit and road off into the night! Congratulations guys!
