Although they grew up on different sides of the world their paths crossed during college when they both played basketball for their college here in the US. CC was not just smitten with Nate’s good looks but also by his Australian accent. When they finished college Nate started playing professional ball back in Australia and they continued with their long term relationship. But they couldn’t stand being apart from each other so CC made the jump across the pond to move to a whole new country.
For their wedding they wanted to bring it back to the states and picked Florida for all their family to congregate and meet for the first time. Because her sister lives in Florida she helped a lot of with he planning and finding Paradise Cove to have their romantic beachside wedding. The girls were dressed in beautiful neutral tones with her sisters, and maids of honor, in a summery floral print. Of course CC’s dress was jaw dropping made of lace from Grace Loves Lace back in Australia. The guys were dressed perfectly for the warm summer wedding with linen shirts, grey pants and floral bow tie to match the girls. Their good friend Jackson Greene came over from Australia to sing for the ceremony and was just amazing. One of our favorite parts of the evening was when Nate went to retrieve CC’s garter and surprised her with his mates dancing up to her one by one followed by Nate at the end. They circled around the back of her and chanted as he went on his mission to find the garter. But along the way he front some “granny panties” and a duckie before finally finding it to the excitement of his guys! Congratulations to both of you! We had a blast being a part of your day!!
