Rachel and Frank’s epic wedding at Bella Collina on their grand lawn was absolutely breath taking!  Because the entire wedding was held outside rain watch was happening for not only every vendor, but also the bride and groom and their families.  You can imagine the excitement when the weather changed and the forecast the day of said no rain!  But the weather had a sneaky little plan……

Rachel and Frank are two of the sweetest people you will ever meet!   Frank is a wine dealer and is lucky enough to travel to amazing foreign locations for work (we are a little jealous).  Rachel works as a nurse in an ER, something we have much admiration for!  When you meet some couples you can tell they are the perfect match and these two are one of those couples!  For their wedding day they wanted to have a first look and it was such a sweet moment between the two of them. Rachel even had a little surprise gift for Frank, a pin with a photo of his father who is no longer with him, so he could pin it in his jacket and have him with him on this big day!  Rachel even had a first look with her dad and her dad’s expression was PRICELESS so don’t miss those photos below!

The floral all around by Lee James Floral was stunning with mauves, maroons, blues, blush and greens.  And with the circle of flowers they stood under during the ceremony and sat under for the reception, they knocked it out of the park!  Kristy’s Design Team of course had all the girls looking amazing and the guys blue suits fit in perfectly.  There was so much laughter with this wedding party we knew there was no doubt they would be dancing the night away all night.  Rachel’s Rita Vinieris gown from Solutions Bridal took everyone’s breath away!  And the touch of fun with her Kate Spade tennis shoes were adorable.  For October it was a little on the warm side but that didn’t dampen the spirits and all the guests were very ready to see this union.  With Christine MacPhail playing harp the scene was set for Rachel’s grand entrance.  The ceremony by Father Ricky was touching and funny and of course sealed with a kiss!

As we started family photos the sky changed from a beautiful blue to a little more black and before we knew it a surprise storm came rolling in just as everyone was scrambling to change the ceremony into the reception.  Quickly everyone was pulling out tarps to cover it all the hard work.  Thankfully Jess from Bella Collina kept everything running smoothly.   We waited the storm out and were able to head out on the golf cart for some romantic shots on Bella’s always beautiful grounds.  When we came back they were surprised with the completely transformed lawn into the the wedding of their dreams!  Of course Lee James floral and linen decorating the wood tables  and chairs and Kaleidoscope Event Lighting to hang the chandelier and market lighting was perfection.  When everyone walked into the reception area they were first greeted by their awesome Sprinkles Custom Cakes wedding cake with their cute doggies hanging out on the side of the cake.  It was such a cute touch, especially since I had met their dogs on their engagement session!  After everyone oohed and awed over the cake they were then struck by the beauty and majesty of the grand lawn reception!  Wow!

Of course the night would not be complete without mentioning Leonard Brothers Band!  We are always excited when we find out they are on a wedding with us because anytime you can watch these talented musicians perform is a good day!  Capturing the fun guests have when getting to dance to their music makes it awesome!  After lots of dancing under the stars it was time for their grand sparkler exit at the front of Bella before getting whisked away in their white limo!
