Shanna and Troy dreamed of a Cinderella fairytale / French Baroque wedding.  The historic Dr Phillips house, with it’s old rooms, antique furniture, and beautiful courtyard was the perfect backdrop to make their dream wedding come true.  We started the day in the Dr Phillips room at the venue with it’s 4 poster bed and beautiful windows to photograph Shanna getting ready.  While it was not supposed to rain the crazy October weather we had this year has everyone thrown for a loop.  Thankfully we were able to take photos inside before the ceremony.   Troy and his guys got ready in the wine cellar downstairs which made for some fun photos with the guys.

The ceremony was right out of a fairy tale with gold chairs and amazing floral all over.  Light blue, pink and gold were the perfect combination to pull together the Cinderella theme.  Dream Designs did an amazing job decorating with beautiful floral to bring it all together.  Even the water fountain got flowers!  As guests came into the house, before being escorted outside, they found a table full of different fascinators and boutonnieres for everyone to wear.  Their sweet dog was included in the day and walked down the aisle with an adorable sign.

After the ceremony the rain started again and all guests were ushered inside the house.  That didn’t stop the excitement and joy everyone felt celebrating this beautiful union!  Dinner was served and everyone was invited back out to the courtyard to dance the night away under the stars.  Shanna and Troy had their first dance, a touching choreographed dance to “Rewrite the Stars”, and guests were in awe.  Of course the unpredictable weather also brought rain off and on throughout the night, but didn’t dampen Shanna and Troy’s spirits!  They continued to dance, laugh and enjoy their big day!  We were lucky enough to get some pretty epic shots with the rain as well.  😉
