How They Met

Jason and Stephanie met while Jason was working his first year of residency and having to work late nights in the operating room, Stephanie was working as the evening charge nurse at the time while completing her master’s degree. After losing a bet to Jason, their first date was supposed to be a quick bite to get ice cream at Jeremiah’s.  That turned into a 4 hour date…the rest is history.

The Wedding

They envisioned an Enchanted Forest theme for their wedding with lots of candles.  Wow is all I can say!  It was just breathtaking!  Cindy with Signature weddings was amazing like always with everything perfect the entire day.  Their Enchanted Forest ceremony was held in the fort with trees and candles surrounding them and a beautiful floral ring behind them.  On the other end was a floral wall that was the perfect backdrop as Stephanie came down the aisle.  It was a very personalized sweet ceremony officiated by a family friend who did a superb job.  As the ceremony ended the sun had set and the romance of the candles as they walked down the aisle as husband and wife was just beautiful!  The guests then headed to the top the fort for cocktail hour.  The bridesmaids and Stephanie had the cutest leather jackets designed by the bride and made by the bride’s mom.  The girls had a feather and the bride of course had Mrs. Spector on the back!

As guested walked to the ballroom they were first greeted by a beautiful display of old family photos including many old family members weddings.  What a beautiful walk down memory lane!  Then of course everyone was in awe as they walked into the ballroom that had been transformed into an Romantic Enchanted Forest.  Raining Roses knocked it out of the park with the floral, candles and oh my gosh the TREES!   Soundwave not only provided rocking music but their lighting was spot on, including a gobo on the walls that made it feel even more like an enchanted forest.  Congratulations to both of you and we were just so honored to have been a part of your big day!!
