Susan and Josh had their epic wedding last Saturday combining both their family traditions into a full day of celebrating their union. We were with them for 16 hours and thank goodness they are a fun couple with an awesome bridal party because that sure is a long day! Susan and Josh are high school sweethearts whose love for each other is undeniable. Just look at the way he looks into her eyes. I have really gotten to know the two of them well because they didn’t just have 1 engagement session but 2 for two unique looks.
The day started with them getting ready at a hotel near her parents house. The traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony followed in her parents backyard where she wore a beautiful red Ao Dai while her bridesmaids were yellow. A Vietnamese lunch was served complete with a whole roasted pig! Then Susan changed into her white wedding gown and we did a first look with Josh followed by photos in her lakefront backyard. We all headed over to Noah’s Event Center after for their traditional wedding ceremony followed by a 10 course Chinese meal. Susan then changed into yet another beautiful gown to dance the night away with her prince! It was a day packed with lots of celebrating with their family and friends!
